SAN DIEGO – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle this morning in Mira Mesa, police said.
The crash was reported around 6:25 AM on Mira Mesa Boulevard just west of Black Mountain Road, San Diego police said.
The unidentified pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers shut down the westbound lanes of Mira Mesa Boulevard at Black Mountain Road for the crash investigation.
