Chris Hogan Biography
Chris is a personal injury attorney whose practice focuses on representing individuals injured through the negligence of others, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Drawing on his litigation experience, Chris brings a sophisticated understanding of the litigation process and risk allocation issues to his personal injury work, allowing him to analyze liability from multiple angles and build strong, fact-driven cases. He is committed to guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with clear communication, practical advice, and tenacious advocacy.
Chris earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2025, graduating with a concentration in Civil Litigation. Chris is a proud Lebanese-American. He was involved in the Middle Eastern Law Student Association during law school and is now a member of the San Diego Arab American Bar Association.
During law school, he worked at a real property and land use litigation firm, where he gained experience on complex disputes and also had the opportunity to assist in litigating catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. This experience reinforced his passion for helping individuals navigate the uncertainty of life after an injury and sharpened his practical skills in motion practice, zealous client advocacy, and case development.
Prior to law school, Chris obtained his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2022. While at Cal Poly, he was a member of the university’s Division I swim team and was elected team captain his senior year.
In his free time, Chris enjoys surfing, spearfishing, scuba diving, weightlifting, and spending time with his family and family dog, Copper.
